Wood Choice Matters (and other important decisions we make)
In a sea of cheap products that are intentionally made to have short lifespans, we choose to offer you something drastically different. Square Tree Lane makes quality products that provide a life time of use.
Our boards are made from quality sourced maple, cherry, and walnut because we believe these are the 3 best woods to use. In part because of their extremely tight grain that provides the hardest, most durable, and consistent final outcome but also because they are proven to be the best choice for making wood products that are food safe, ensuring the health and safety of our customers. Wood choices really do matter and although our choices cost us more, you really do get what you pay for and it impacts the final product. It is a top priority for us to use quality wood so that you always know what your are getting.
In addition to wood choices, we use the highest quality of glue (Titebond III), to provide maximum adhesion as well as a strong waterproofing to all of our boards. It is an FDA approved product for food safety thus providing another layer of protection for you and your family.
In addition to making sure you are getting a safe product, we have invested in all the right tools necessary to create a quality product right down to the minor details. We believe the end result of our product shows all the evidence of how important that is.
Square Tree Lane is our business name and we strive to make it a name you can always count on. Creating our products brings us a huge amount of satisfaction and pride and we get ridiculously excited about each and every one of them. We don't churn out thousands of products a day, however we do make products that will stand the test of time and are required to pass a high standard of quality before we let them out the door. That is why we are proud to put our name on them.
