Square Tree Lane Shipping Policy
This page details the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
Standard ground shipping is always free.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days based on day of purchase.
Processing may vary based on day of order. UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Monday. There could also be delays due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. holiday our shipping provider, high volume due to holiday shopping, bad weather, etc. You will be notified of any shipping delays. Please note, it is our goal to get it to you as fast as possible.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Within 1-3 days of processing, you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped along with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Shipping rates
All products ship free for standard flat rate shipping.
For an additional fee of $20.00 you can expedite the shipping process.
Free local delivery is available within a 40 mile radius of Square Tree Lane headquarters (48827) and set up for delivery time will vary based on driver availability.

If your order arrives damaged in any way please email us as soon as possible at michele.squaretreelane@gmail.com Please include your order number, details of the damage as well as a photo of the item's condition. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution. Save packing materials and damaged goods, as they may be helpful in making a claim to shipping provider.
