As with all of our boards, we use locally sourced hardwoods in their construction using only the top food safe wood species. We make all our own boards giving you security of knowing where your product came from, who made it, and how it was finished. Our boards go through a two stage sealing process with food safe mineral oil and then a blend of food safe mineral oil & beeswax (our very own brand of conditioner we make at Square Tree Lane .
